Özet

A 30-year-old woman was referred for ventilation-perfusion scintigraphy to assess the cause of massive hemoptysis. Scintigraphy showed large segmental ventilation-perfusion mismatched defects in the superior, and lateral and posterior basal segments of the right lower lobe. High-resolution computed tomography was negative for pulmonary embolism. Bronchial angiography demonstrated an arterial malformation between the bronchial and pulmonary arteries.
