Özet
The increasing number of connected devices is leading to denser wireless local area networks (WLANs). This density significantly degrades the overall performance of WLANs due to co-channel interference, which poses challenges for emerging applications like Extended Reality (XR) that require high bandwidth and low latency. To address this issue, we create a Digital Twin of the environment by utilizing Ultra-Wide-Band (UWB) assisted localization and Sionna-assisted ray tracing. By accurately modeling the environment, our approach enhances Coordinated Beamforming (CBF) and enables dynamic Clear Channel Assessments (CCAs). Our solution enhances spatial reuse, resulting in a 24.6% increase in aggregat-ed throughput while also reducing the average contention window size by 15.4% compared to conventional scanning based beamforming.
