Özet
In recent years, studies, investigations to develop photovoltaic fibers have increased, since fiber shaped and flexible photovoltaics present possible advantages for wide variety of applications. This paper presents the development of indiumtin-oxide (ITO)-free photovoltaic fiber using polymer-based organic materials. Non-transparent and non-conductive conventional textile fiber was employed as flexible substrate. Detailed investigation for photoelectrical characterization and surface morphology was performed. MWCNT added conductive polymer-based electrodes definitely improved the power conversion efficiency of photovoltaic fibers.
