Özet

Perovskite buffer layers of SrTiO₃, LaAlO₃, PbTiO₃, and BaZrO₃ were deposited using a sol-gel process from solutions derived from basic acetates and alkoxides. Homogenous, crack-free, and dense films of perovskite were deposited onto Ni tapes between temperatures of 600 °C and 750 °C by adjusting the concentration of precursors in the solutions used as material for YBCO surface coated conductors. These films were characterized by SEM, EDS and XRD. SrTiO₃ and PbTiO₃ buffer layers on Ni tapes were produced for the sol-gel YBCO surface coated conductor development.
