Özet

The process for developing polymeric gels sensitive to external stimuli is discussed. The process that enables them to reversibly adsorb and release divalent ions was investigated. Copolymer gels of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPA) and methacrylic (MAA) monomers were also prepared. It was observed that MAA and NIPA components allows the polymers to swell and shrink reversibly with temperature. The adsorption capacity of the gels was compared. The effects of templates, solvents and methacrylic monomers was investigated.
