Özet

Recently the new supply chain compliance rules in EU and Germany came into force. Consequently, the companies will implement a due diligence and a related risk management system for supply chain processes in order to establish the integrity of their business regarding decent work and environmental protection. The companies will carry out the risk analysis and implement the risk mitigating measures, not only inside their companies but also regarding their direct and indirect suppliers. This means that these recent regulations in EU and in Germany will have a global impact such as in the countries like Turkey, China, Brasil. This paper presents the framework regarding the supply chain compliance and explains the impact of the new regulations on businesses.
