Özet
An analytical method has been developed to determine the radar cross section of buried cylindrical perfect electric conducting object in dielectric half-space. In this analysis, the buried conducting object is illuminated by linearly polarized plane wave parallel to the object axis. The analysis focuses on a different calculation procedure which the scattered field is expressed as the integration of the plane waves by using spectral representation of the cylindrical source in half-space. This scattered field is refracted to the observer half-space and so, far scattered pattern or radar cross section is calculated by using asymptotic expression of the plane wave integral form.
