Özet

Nanostructured iron particles were prepared via USP and hydrogen reduction technique by using iron (II) chloride solution. The dependece of the iron particle size and morphology to the precursor concentration was investigated under 1.3 MHz ultrasonic frequency,1 l/min H2 flow rate and 800°C reduction temperature conditions. Hydrogen gas was used in the experimental study not only as a carrier gas but also as a reducing agent. Characterization studies were conducted on these powders included crystal structure, phase determination, size and shape morphologies.
