Özet
In this paper, we utilize stochastic geometry to investigate coverage probability and energy efficiency within a cellular network augmented by reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS). Applying the Matern cluster process, a specialized form of the Poisson cluster process, we model the spatial relationships of base stations (BSs) and RISs. Our focus is on assessing composite channel gains under the Nakagami-m fading channel model, specifically examining both the desired signal channel and the interference channel in the context benefit of RIS-assisted transmission. To highlight the proposed system, we examine the coverage probability and sum-rate over typical users for both RIS-assisted and BS-only service scenarios with different user densities. Additionally, our contribution is complemented by various simulations that indicate RIS-assisted scenario has better results in certain situations in terms of coverage probability.
