Özet

The investigation into electromagnetic forces and stresses in transformers has garnered significant attention recently, as these forces play a pivotal role in the working and stability of the transformer. To optimize the design of a transformer, it is important to properly evaluate the electromagnetic forces involved. This paper introduces a method for optimizing the electromagnetic forces in transformers with multiple sections on the high-voltage side. The analysis of the impact of the number of sections on electromagnetic forces in the dry-type transformer was conducted based on three-dimensional finite element models. The findings indicate that increasing the high voltage sections of the dry-type transformer reduces electromagnetic forces, especially axial forces.
