Özet
The aim of this work is to optimize the weights of the questions in a test that is designed to detect cognitive impairment. In our previous study, we designed a mobile cognitive scanning test and observed that the test scores can detect cognitive impairment. In this test, correct answers are given +1 and incorrect answers are given 0 towards the total score. Although all questions have the same scores, some of these questions have higher effect on the detection of cognitive impairment. For this reason, it seems reasonable to assign weights to the questions' scores according to their effect. The purpose is to calculate the questions' scores to improve the detection of cognitive impairment. Using the calculated weights, the total scores of the participants in both patient and control groups are well separated, and the in-group variation of the total scores substantially decreased for both groups.
