Özet

In this study, MEMS microphone array was designed and a data collection setup was created. The direction of the acoustic signal is determined by estimating the time delay between the array signals. The method is based on determining the angle of incidence using the calculation of cross correlations between the array signals. The results are discussed in this paper.
