The hybrid evaluation systematic based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Fuzzy Information Axioms (FIA) provides quantitative outcomes towards customer satisfaction of Turkish Shipowners over container ports on Mediterranean shortsea shipping lines.
