Özet
In this study, a model related between pitch angle and elevator deflection angle of an aircraft is derived. Based on this model integer order and fractional order PID controller is designed. Genetic algorithm is used as optimization method to determine the controller parameters. Fitness function is evaluated during the optimization process to find controller coefficients to minimize. Controllers are tested in steady and variable reference input condition and their performance index are compared. Also fractional parameters variation effects are analyzed.
