Özet
Various basic molecular analysis methods are used in the literature for cell imaging. Photoacoustic imaging offers a different perspective to these methods as it provides spectral analysis. Characteristics of the resulting signal, such as amplitude and spectral parameters, vary depending on the absorption characteristics in the imaged region. In this study, slides prepared and fixed from HMC3 and EoL-1 cells, which are known to have different sizes, were imaged with a photoacoustic imaging system, and the relationship between the slope value of the spectral parameter values and cell size was examined.
