Özet
Computer-based evaluation systems offer several advantages, such as providing flexibility in terms of time and space and reducing costs. This study aimed to develop a research model that integrates the key factors predicting user acceptance of the E-Exam system into the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The data was collected from 245 actual and potential users of the E-Exam system via an online survey. The Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach was conducted to assess the model. The outputs showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norms, and security significantly predicted behavioral intention. Furthermore, computer self-efficacy, user interface design, and computer anxiety significantly influenced perceived ease of use. Additionally, perceived ease of use, practicality, and subjective norms emerged as significant determinants of perceived usefulness.
