Özet
Generalized Cross Correlation (GCC) is one of the most popular approaches to estimate the time delay between channels. Frequency-sliding generalized cross correlation (FS-GCC) is a method that allows sub-band analysis of time delay information in GCC. In this paper, a Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) based method is proposed for time delay estimation from FS-GCC matrix. A phase transform cross power spectrum is constructed from signals received by 2 channels in frequency domain, then a window function is slided through this spectrum and FS-GCC matrix is constructed from inverse Fourier transform of this slided spectrum. Then, time delay is estimated from NMF denoised cross correlation matrix.
