Özet
D.c. and a.c. conductivities of a copper phthalocyanine substituted with four 15-membered tetraazamacrocycles (1) and its pentanuclear complexes are measured as Au/MPc/Au sandwiches in vacuum and in air. Chemical doping with NOBF4 increases the d.c. conductivity of the order 102. Complexation of the perchlorate salts of NiII, CoII and CuII with the macrocycles leads to an increase in the d.c. conductivity of about 102-103, but the effects of chloride salts are not so distinct. A.c. conductivities of the phthalocyanines depend on frequency with the empirical formula σ(ω) = A(T)ωn(T), where n is found to be between 0.37 and 1.20.
