Özet

This study aims at identifying the factors affecting the intention to use thecollaboration technology and process automatize workflow applications among thehome appliances sector members in Turkey. A Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)is developed and supported with the variables of environment, perceived support andproject management. Survey approach conducted to identify the variables thatsignificantly affect the intention to use online workflows on collaboration platforms.The data collected from 153 individual home appliances sector employees in Turkey.Results indicated that 65% of the intention to use online workflows on collaborationplatforms are explained by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Both of thevariables have similar results on intention to use with the values of 0.488 coefficientfor perceived usefulness and 0.466 perceived ease of use.
