Özet

In this work, ultra wide band and wide phase range phase shifter topology using lattice structures is presented. The proof of concept of the topology is exhibited for 180° phase shifting cell using 0.18um TSMC CMOS process. The proposed architecture achieves frequency band of 0-15GHz with less than 1⁰ phase error over entire band. This work shows superior performance over existing passive state of art architectures with having larger bandwidth and lower phase error.
