Özet

Three-phase LLC resonant converters have higher power capacity and power density at high power levels than single-phase LLC converters, making them a strong candidate for high-power battery charging applications. The selections of the resonance frequency and Ln-Q pairs have a significant impact on the design of a LLC converter. In this paper, a systematic design framework for a three-phase LLC converter with-winding configuration that attempts to determine the optimum resonant frequency by minimizing a fitness function consisting of power loss, volume and cost is proposed. The analysis on a 3700W 48V LLC charger has shown that magnetic losses can be improved by 34.8% through optimizing the three-phase LLC with a-winding configuration in comparison to a single-phase primary-series secondary-parallel connected 3-core configuration.
