Özet
The food supply chain is a complex system that involves various stakeholders in producing, processing, transporting, storing, distributing, and selling food products. There are challenges such as food safety, traceability, sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain disruptions that need to be addressed. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a highly recognized and commonly utilized Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method that applies to a broad range of real-world issues. Therefore, the decomposed fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (DFAHP) is used in this chapter to measure the performance of the food supply chain. For this, a set of criteria has been proposed to evaluate food supply chain performance. Among the determined main criteria, “Environmental” has the highest weight, followed by “Social”, “Technological Ability”, “Quality”, “Delivery”, and “Financial”.
