Özet

Atmospheric chemistry and atmospheric reactions are very important issues to understand how anthropogenic and natural emissions change the physical and chemical structure of the atmosphere, to determine the effects of these changes on living organisms and ecosystems, and to monitor the reactions of reactive pollutants. In this context, the layers of the atmosphere, photochemical reactions, reactions of HO radicals, oxidation of hydrocarbons, oxidation of alkenes, ozone decomposition, landfill gases, and acid rain are discussed and reactions are explained.
