Özet

In this paper, a problem to jointly optimize the performances of vehicular traffic flow, i.e., the total time spent, the number of stop-and-go movements, and the total emissions, is handled to investigate and discuss the effectiveness of the penetration rates of cooperatively controlled vehicles in mixed traffic. A simulation-based solution is sought over the SUMO micro-simulation environment considering three hypothetical road networks and varying demand profiles.
