Özet

The world is going through a period of rapid changes. If the decisions we make today do not take into account possible changes in the future, it may cause us to make wrong decisions. Traditional decision-making methods are mostly static or based on probabilistic approaches, which future uncertainty can be never or partially incorporated. Hence, we need more inclusive models covering wider limits of human vague and imprecise thoughts. In this study, we propose an interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy dynamic method (DYNAMO) to model decision making problems under fuzziness by incorporating the possible changes in future. The proposed DYNAMO method helps to model and evaluate the vagueness in the expert judgments related to future events using interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. In order to show the applicability of the model, the problem is applied to a green supplier selection problem where four different types of sensitivity analyses are applied. A comparative analysis based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method is also performed to show the advantages and validation of the proposed method. We found that the proposed DYNAMO method can be employed for dynamic multi-criteria decision-making problems to be solved effectively.
