A Physical Layer-based Lane Authentication Method

Özet

In this study, a scenario is simulated in which a mobile user is set to motion in a straight path and authenticates whether the user is on the correct path in each consecutive position. For this process, channel differences are utilized to propose a lane authentication method. Wireless communication pa-rameters such as the number of receiving antennas and the number of OFDM subcarriers are changed repeatedly for the purpose of finding the optimal parameters. The same approach is applied to machine learning (ML) parameters such as algorithm types, whether or not there is principal component analysis, or the number of folds for k-fold cross-validation. Accuracies and other results obtained from var-ious ML models are presented.
