Abstract

In this study, variations of the energy balance components, surface and aerodynamic conductances in Penman-Monteith equation have been investigated by using Bowen ratio energy balance method under different weather conditions during soybean growing season. The average surface conductances varied from 10 mm/s to 20 mm/s for the soybean on dry days and over 30 mm/s on rainy periods depending on interception. The measured energy balance components on rainy days showed greater deviations than dry days. As for aerodynamic conductance, it is continously changed only under the influence of wind speed and crop height.
