Abstract

Our problem is to study electromagnetic properties of complex materials. We have published the articles in this direction [1], [2] In these articles there was showed that if we embed into dielectric body the lattice consisted of resonance elements, then this structure has the properties of complex media In this article there is considered the diffraction of the plane wave on the infinite periodical structure.
