Abstract

Optical characterisitcs of ZnO: Al thin films deposited on soda lime glass was analysed depending on the annealing temperature and irraditaion by Cs-137 with 661.66 keV photon energy. Annealing temperature was varied in between 350 and 500°C. The thickness of the film was reduced with increasing annealing temperature. Irradition increased the absorbsion while reducing the transmittance.
