Abstract

During the pandemic period, and the normalization process we are in, it has become much more important for all companies to ensure the continuity of the company. Especially small and medium-sized enterprises have to make more accurate decisions in managing their processes and choosing suppliers, which are very important for product cost, product quality, and sustainability of the company. In this study, the criteria that are important in supplier selection after the pandemic are determined for small and medium-sized enterprises and weighted by the fuzzy best-worst method, then the most suitable supplier among alternative suppliers is selected with the fuzzy WASPAS method.
