Abstract

Two chaotic oscillators, which generate butterfly chaotic attractors, are presented. Both systems are based on the same second-order multiplier-free subsystem; hence they have simple circuit implementations. Derivation of more complicated attractors, i.e. multi-wing butterfly attractors is also described. Experimental results from the constructed circuits capable of generating simple and multi-wing butterfly attractors are shown.
