Abstract
Rail systems are the most reliable and cost-effective solution that is used for freight and passenger transport. Now, the rail tracks must be equipped with radio communication systems due to the increased train speed in order to safely use and effectivity. And operating costs can be compensated for the problems of wire system with radio systems. For this purpose, high-speed train lines required to use with GSM-R but not satisfy all scales of railways. In this paper, an original protocol model for the VHF frequency band suitable to work in narrow-band wide-area communication structure is proposed. DMR based protocol model also located in the time division access to be able to run more than one train that the train reached instant location information on a particular rail line is also possible. There is also a wide area of wireless solutions in the design of the protocol model by adding a special definition in response to the emergency message needs of the autonomous railway system was proposed.
