N2 - The crystal structure of the synthesized magnetic nanoparticles was analyzed with XRD and SEM. Effect of doping value on microstructure was analyzed by XRD. Results are shown in Figure 1. The average particles sizes of samples were obtained by nanosize measure of Zeta Sizer Nano-ZS instrument results at room temperature. Particle size determined within 42-57 nm given Table 1.
