Abstract

In this work the air humidity (at 2 & 10 meters elevation above ground surface) and meteorological data were explored with the aim to study the temporal variation of air humidity and its association with weather and irrigation activities data parameters obtained from eleven (11) automated synoptic agro-meteorological TARBIL stations located in four different influential agricultural and administrative provinces of Turkey. In this preliminary version only the results for one of the stations are given. The data used in the work were obtained through the official web site of TARBIL-the Turkish Agricultural Monitoring and Information System for period of a year spanning between June 2014 and June 2015. Despite the fact that air humidity statistics at low heights as of 2m and 10m originate from both natural or manmade sources (like precipitation or irrigation) we tried to discover the trend variation of air humidity, based on multiple linear regression model ANOVA statistics and PCA analysis.
