Optically Powered CMOS-MEMS Integration for Optical Transmission of MRI Signals

Abstract

We present and discuss an integrated CMOSMEMS chip design with suspended Fabry Perot bridges towards transmission of MRI signals. The proposed chip is optically powered, and offers analog or digital MRI signals transmission via fiber optics, towards safe and parallelized operation.
