Abstract
A synthesis method is presented for the realization of any nth-order allpass voltage transfer function using a commercially-available active component, and two general nth-order allpass filter circuits are proposed. Element values are expressed in terms of the voltage transfer function coefficients. The proposed filters contain n+1 active components, n capacitors and only 3n+2 resistors.
