Abstract
In this study, a conformal loop antenna at 400 MHz frequency was designed and implemented for capsule endoscopy applications. The performance of the designed antenna has been further tested for the digestive system organs through which the capsule will move. In order to realize the designed antenna, the capsule is pressed with a three-dimensional printer, and the loop antenna printed on the copper plate is wrapped conformally on the outer surface of the capsule with the kapton tape. The results obtained from the measurements carried out in the laboratory were consistent with the simulation results.
