Abstract

In this study, the effects of pH were investigated on chalcopyrite flotation with different pH. The tests were performed with the ore in the laboratory and Siirt-Madenköy plant scale. The effect of pH was examined depending on the bubble size, froth height, Cu grade and recovery of the concentrates. It was determined that copper grades, recovery and froth height increased, while bubble size decreased depending on the increased pH Morever, increased pH had a positive effect on the Chalcopyrite flotation. The results showed that as the pH increases, there was a reduction in the bubble size in all experiments,There was an increase in the copper grade, recovery and froth height.
