Abstract

The seismic properties of the continental shelf of Bababurnu area have been investigated by using multichannel marine seismic reflection data which is collected along NW-SE oriented profiles at the Northwest Anatolia. The continuation of E-W trending main fault, the Behramkale fault, along the northern shores of Edremit Gulf has been investigated by means of the depth migrated seismic sections.
