Abstract
Education is important for the personal, social and economic development. In this study, we focus on an innovative feedback system design for an education organization, which operates all over Turkey. The content of the educations are on science and mathematics for kids, In the classical model, the education content is generated at the center and then applied in different branches. However, each branch may have different circumstances and capabilities. Thus in order to maintain a sustainable and standardized education it is mandatory to develop an innovative feedback mechanism. In this paper, a fuzzy hesitant Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach is used to collect and combine different system requirements of different shareholders. Hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets (HFLTS) are used to capture the hesitancy of the shareholders in this approach.
