Abstract

In this work, a new approach is proposed to determine both the thickness and permittivity of coatings on circular PEC cylinders. The approach is based on Generalized Impedance Boundary Conditions (GIBC) which is defined in terms of thickness and physical properties of the layer and Born approximation method. Numerical results are presented to show the applicability of the method.
