Abstract

The hyperfine structure of eight spectral lines of neutral vanadium is investigated by Doppler-reduced inter-modulated laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy using a Ti-Sa laser in the wavelength range from 800 nm to 830 nm. The spectra are compared with previous measurements with Doppler-limited laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy. Improved and revised magnetic dipole hyperfine structure constants A are presented for five levels as well as new electric quadrupole hyperfine structure constants B for two levels.
