N2 - This paper presents performance of doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) based wind turbine under grid fault. All system is designed in Matlab/SIMULINK. DFIG and drive train model created in mathematical domain, whereas semiconductor switches, filters, transmission line and transformers are created with available models in Matlab/Simulink/SimPowerSystems toolbox. Saturable transformer model is used and compared with linear transformer model under fault.
