N2 - This study aims to provide a decision support tool to improve the quality of the service at an airport terminal. For this purpose, a fuzzy cognitive mapping based model is utilized. The fuzzy cognitive mapping method allows dynamic modeling of problem by considering the complex network structure of model, i.e. the effects of factors on the quality of terminal services. Simulations are performed to analyze the changes in the system.
