Abstract

This work aims at creating a funny and educatory application where disabled children are able to improve their memory and color recognition skills, by designing a game based on music and motion. In this application, it is decided to develop an interactive game based on drums which satisfy purposes of the work, because of ease of use and the combination of motion and music. The process of playing drums is obtained by processing the data from motions of human which are gathered from Kinect RGB-D camera. There are also some features that measures and improves the color and number recognition skills of children. Test results of the application provide measurements about abilities and incapability's of users. As a result of the application, users' memory skills directed to different situations can be analyzed.
