Abstract

A method for electromagnetic imaging of dielectric objects is proposed by taking advantage of the focusing feature of the metamaterial slab. Born approximation, which is one of the most basic reconstruction algorithm is used in a special illumination-measurement configuration. The results have also been compared with the ones related to a conventional slab so that the effect of the metamaterial slab is revealed.
