Abstract

Multiple Criteria Decision-Making models are utilized for long-term planning, which is extremely critical for organizations. In this context, efficient resource use and increased efficiency are vital to prevent waste. Window Data Envelopment Analysis (WDEA) method can dynamically analyze companies’ efficiencies and identify areas for improvement. In the insurance sector, efficiency and proper resource utilization are crucial because they directly impact profitability, risk management, and long-term sustainability. In this study, the efficiencies of non-life insurance companies in Türkiye between 2015 and 2023 were analyzed using the WDEA method. The analysis revealed that the sector exhibited fluctuating performance and lacked stability.
