Design Consideration of Meminductor Emulator Circuit

Abstract

In this paper, an active-only meminductor circuit is proposed. The proposed circuit emulates the meminductor without any external capacitor by using solely the transistor's internal capacitor. As a result of this, the circuit occupies little space on the IC environment. The validity of the theoretical study is demonstrated by simulation results using the Cadence design environment with 0.18µm CMOS process.
