Abstract

There is considerable demand for miniaturized electronic systems in medical diagnosis, environmental monitoring, and other industrial applications. Recent developments in system-on-chip technology made the implementation of such miniaturized systems feasible. One of the most important tasks in such a system is to convey the information to the end user reliably. This paper describes implementation of a spread spectrum based communication system for an integrated ingestible electronic capsule.
