Abstract

In this work, a novel, compact, wide band two-bit digital phase shifter topology based on modified symmetric lattice structure is proposed. The proposed phase shifter circuit is implemented employing the commercially available 0.18μm silicon CMOS technology. It is exhibited that the new phase shifter topology provides over 3-13 GHz bandwidth with less than 5° rms phase error.
